TERMS AND CONDITIONS
QUEENSPARK STORE ACCOUNT CREDIT: R200 BACK ONTO QUEENSPARK STORE ACCOUNT

1. This promoters to this promotional offer is Queenspark and RCS Cards Proprietary Limited (“RCS”) (NCRCP38/FSP 44481) (the “Promoter”)

2. All persons participating in the Queenspark Store Account Online Promotion (“the promotional offer”) (“the participants”) agree that the promotion rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them. A copy of these terms and conditions is available on the Queenspark website.

3. Promotion period: The promotion commences on 14 July 2022 and will terminate at 23:59 on 31 August 2022.

4. Promotional offer qualifying criteria:
• The participant must provide correct and full personal and contact details, as required on the application
• New customers who apply for, are approved for a Queenspark Store Account and spend R1000 or more online at www.queenspark.com with their store account during the promotional period
• Existing Queenspark Store Account holders must spend R1000 or more online at www.queenspark.com with their store account during the campaign period
• Customers must be in good credit standing.
5. Promotional Offer: qualifying customers will get R200 back on their Queenspark Store Account when they shop online with their Queenspark Store Account. The credit will reflect on the next statement run. Valid for the first 250 qualifying customers.

6. Promotional offer fulfilment:
• Queenspark Store Account division will ensure that all eligible customers’ accounts are credited once the promotional period has ended
• The promotional offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.
7. General:

• The promoters shall conduct the promotional offer, and the Promoters’ decision on any matter related to the promotional offer, including the selection of participants is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoters, its associated companies, agents and service providers/co-promoters involved in the promotional offer assumes no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, and/or any other claims arising in connection with this promotional offer.

• The Promoters will not be responsible for loss, delayed and/or misdirected electronic messages, internet of computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond its control which may cause the entry into the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.

• The Promoters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend these terms and conditions as well as terminate, cancel or suspend this Promotional offer at any time. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoters, its employees, suppliers, sponsors and nominated agents.
